Likes: Tasted like the real thing, although the texture was a bit different.
Improvements: I think the dried sweet potatoes are fine as is.
These were quite flavorful. I put some in an equal volume of water in microwavecontainer and microwaved until it came to a furious boil and let it stand until the pieces were rehydrated. then cooled and refrigerated them until it was time to add them, along with shredded cooked chicken and cheese cubes, to a great dinner salad. Yum!

The best alternative to partial use cans that ultimately go bad. The taste is pretty close to the real deal... just add a little hot sauce. Over all a great product.
