I love this stuff! I use it in soups and it makes a nice sauce and tomatoe paste. I don’t buy the canned stuff anymore. I also make my pasta sauce Homeade and this a great addition. My last order was broken during shipping and customer service was excellent! Promptly answered my email and had a new one out that day! I recommend to all my friends and family.
Tried this and was really impressed with how smooth and nutty it was. Didn’t need to add anything except EVOO olive oil and some water. I also tried it with some pine nuts on top and chopped up some tangy dried apricots - delicious!!!
These were quite flavorful. I put some in an equal volume of water in microwavecontainer and microwaved until it came to a furious boil and let it stand until the pieces were rehydrated. then cooled and refrigerated them until it was time to add them, along with shredded cooked chicken and cheese cubes, to a great dinner salad. Yum!
The best alternative to partial use cans that ultimately go bad. The taste is pretty close to the real deal... just add a little hot sauce. Over all a great product.
