Method:

- Let the mixture rest for 10 minutes in the refrigerator, then form into 4 patties.
- In a large skillet, heat enough vegetable oil to coat the bottom of the pan. Add the burgers and cook for about 4 minutes on each side until the outside is crisp and golden.
