So flavorful

I purchased Organic Crunchy Sweet Corn for a new salad recipe I wanted to try. Never having tried this product and not knowing what to expect, I was pleasantly surprised. The perfectly dried kernels are crunchy and sweet with. My salad was a success!

Likes: Everything; the product, great staff, fast dependable service and delivery.

Improvements: Not much… more organic would be good but I understand some of the problems; ie not all organic farmers can afford the crushing costs of certification. Much of the food sold as “non-GMO, may be organic. We can hope for that.

Absolutely the best!

This corn, like everything I have eaten from Mother Earth Products, tastes and smells pretty much like I just pulled it out of my own garden. Absolutely fabulous! If you can’t grow your own, MEP is definitely the way to go…

A Different Lifestyle

Retired, semi handicapped and squeezing pennies more than ever now. Plus, some items are food stamp eligible through Walmart, a smart move. Dried corn is much easier to store than canned or frozen. Thanks for offering great products, reasonable prices and a sense of humor!

Likes: Perfect light-weight food in bulk to add to taco fillings, tuna salad for sandwiches, or just a handful for a snack. So handy, so safe, so nutritious.

Seeing is believing !

These are the third brand that I have used in my newish era of freeze drying. Upon sealing it is indeed telling that all of the remaining air in the Mylar bags has been absorbed. The packing of 5 absorbers in one package is perfect for my medium Harvest Right Pro freeze dryer.

Likes: Easy to make and decent price.

Improvements: No sure.

Beans are the Bomb

These beans are the bomb. Just a little bit of water and time and we have clean soft beans ready to go. I mostly use them in my breakfast vegi-bowls. They are a nice addition of starch and flavor.
