I think if I add some roasted eggplant and turn it into baba ganoush, it will be just fine. The convenience of this product is, I can use as much or as little as I need at the time without wasting any because it turned moldy. The packages arrived when promised and were in perfect shape. I recommend this company.

The garlic has been reduced in the recipe; so, our next batch will match the taste of what our new 5oz size tastes like.
This stuff tastes great and has a great texture. However, you have to put it in the fridge to thicken it. If you add more powder to thicken, it works but the garlic/spice flavor is *really* strong. This is important for me because I was hoping to take it backpacking where I obviously wouldn't have a fridge.
You don't need a fridge to thicken; use a little less water! Also, the garluc has been reduced in the recipe; so, our next batch will match the taste of what our new 5oz size tastes like.
