Autumn Spiced Oats

Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cups milk or water
- ¼ cup freeze-dried apples
- ¼ cup freeze-dried strawberries
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional)

Instructions
