Start your morning with the cozy flavors of fall in this warm bowl of Autumn Spiced Oats, featuring freeze-dried apples, cinnamon, and a hint of freeze-dried strawberries for a fruity burst. Perfect for chilly mornings, this quick breakfast will keep you comforted and satisfied.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cups milk or water
  • ¼ cup freeze-dried apples
  • ¼ cup freeze-dried strawberries
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
  • Toppings: chopped nuts, extra cinnamon, or a splash of milk

Instructions

  1. In a pot, bring milk or water to a boil. Add rolled oats and reduce heat to a simmer.
