- 1 cup low-fat milk/ or a milk alternative (almond, cashew, soy, or coconut milk)
- 2 bananas
- ½ cup oatmeal
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- Add all the ingredients to a blender.
- Blend for 20-30 seconds until frothy and smooth. Stir and blend again for a minute.
- Pack in a smoothie bottle.

Ingredients
- 1 cup low-fat milk / or a milk alternative (almond, cashew, soy, or coconut milk)
- 11/2 cup yogurt
- 1 banana, chopped
