These festive, energy-packed treats combine freeze-dried bananas, oats, honey, and cocoa into delicious bite-sized snacks perfect for the holiday rush!
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup freeze-dried bananas, crushed
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp honey (or maple syrup for vegan option)
- 2 tbsp nut butter (such as almond or peanut)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, crushed freeze-dried bananas, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Add honey, nut butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture forms a sticky dough.
- Scoop out small portions and roll them into bite-sized balls.
