These festive, energy-packed treats combine freeze-dried bananas, oats, honey, and cocoa into delicious bite-sized snacks perfect for the holiday rush!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup freeze-dried bananas, crushed
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp honey (or maple syrup for vegan option)
  • 2 tbsp nut butter (such as almond or peanut)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, crushed freeze-dried bananas, cocoa powder, and salt.
  2. Add honey, nut butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture forms a sticky dough.
  3. Scoop out small portions and roll them into bite-sized balls.
  4. Place on a tray and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes to firm up.
