5 Easy Broccoli Recipes Using Freeze-Dried & Dried Broccoli

Five broccoli recipes — pizza bites, raw vegan chips, baked broccoli bites, broccoli sprouts salad, and broccoli cheddar soup — arranged on a weathered wooden farmhouse table with freeze-dried broccoli florets and dried broccoli pieces

Broccoli is one of the world’s superfoods. It is nutrient dense and a good source of vitamin C, vitamin A, vitamin E, folate, potassium, and vitamin K. The nutritional powerhouse is also rich in calcium, magnesium, antioxidants, and phytonutrients, which are excellent for your health.1 Freeze-dried and dried broccoli keep all that nutrition shelf-stable, so you can pull broccoli out of the pantry instead of watching a fresh head wilt in the crisper drawer. (Here’s why broccoli earns a spot in an immunity-boosting pantry.)
