Mix½ cup of Instant Hummus Mix (firmly packed as if measuring brown sugar).
Add⅔ cup of water, either HOT or COLD.
Add 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil (EVOO).
Whisk thoroughly to combine. To thicken and enhance flavor, refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Before serving, whisk thoroughly.
Serve with carrots, celery, pita and more! Or use as a spread on sandwiches or wraps.
Improvements:Instructions aren't quite right.. Even measuring like brown sugar it was very loose. But it is very tasty.
Great taste but...
Followed the directions but it just would not thicken up.. But it tastes wonderful so I'm still using it for a dip..

Interesting...
First time purchaser, heavy hummus user.. Ordered 2 packages because per the ingredients, I thought it was a no brainer. Uhmmm, not quite. I mixed it as directed using my battery powered coffee frothing whip and noticed it was really thin, so I let it sit in the frog for a day to meld texture and flavor. It was still grainy and only a little thicker, so I heated it gently and added more mix then let it sit another day. Texture was better but still not like what you get from a food processor. The flavor was a bit sharp so I tamed it with cumin and a couple of other spices. I'm going to play with it some more....possibly combine the mix with cooked garbanzos and/or other creamy textured beans to use up the open bag but I won't repurchase. I'll keep the other one in my emergency food stash.

Yummy!!! This is perfect for what I need! Although the direction needs to say, mix it one to one with water otherwise it comes out like salad dressing. I hope you start carrying the larger bags soon.

They do freeze dried right! Both the skinless and skin on apples are great. After having tried several other brands, this one’s the keeper! Great flavors, the packaging is sturdy and keeps fruits crunchy and fresh.
Just stocked up on these! Since I don’t cook with onions often and don’t live close to a grocery store with organic onions, these are great to have on hand when making recipes! Highly recommend!
I think if I add some roasted eggplant and turn it into baba ganoush, it will be just fine. The convenience of this product is, I can use as much or as little as I need at the time without wasting any because it turned moldy. The packages arrived when promised and were in perfect shape. I recommend this company.

Bunny Approved in Limited Quantities
A great product for rabbit owners! My bunny goes nuts over these as an occasional treat sprinkled on top of her daily salads. They smell and taste very fresh and have a long shelf life. Good price, too, for such a large quantity, especially in comparison to that of many other retailers. She gets a teaspoon a couple times a week. (Carrot feeding must be limited in rabbits because they’re very high in sugar which commonly leads to digestive shut down (“gastrointestinal stasis”). Stasis is the #1 killer of pet rabbits and can occur in just 24 hrs.)

JUST WOOOW!!
This was soooo GOOD! I made this yesterday for a crowd, in literal MINUTES! I just can't even believe that something this good with such authentic taste came from a dry mix. It has a tiny bit of a just-right kick, and the texture is perfect. I'll never have to buy expensive Tahini and make hummus from scratch again!! It was a big hit and no-one knew that it wasn't made from scratch (until I started bragging on the product) and I had people asking to take some home! BRAVO Mother Earth!!
