I bought four different quart sized bags of fruit. The strawberries are the only ones that have a decent flavor and even they are sour. Wouldn’t recommend this product.

I wanted organic red peppers to make organic ketchup to be home canned. I reconstituted the red peppers per the instructions on the package, blended them in the Vitamix and then proceeded to make the ketchup. I've made this recipe before with fresh red peppers and this batch actually tasted better. I am glad that I purchased 2 packages. I will definitely be purchasing again.
