Ingredients
  • 1 cup low-fat milk/ or a milk alternative (almond, cashew, soy, or coconut milk)
  • 2 bananas
  • ½ cup oatmeal
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
Preparation
  • Add all the ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend for 20-30 seconds until frothy and smooth. Stir and blend again for a minute.
