Improvements:Making the product a bit finer. It’s too coarse Anna doesn’t fluff. I also feel it needed more product or less water to get proper consistency.

I was looking for long term storage items. I found this hummus very tasty and I’m a hummus lover. Will buy again!!
This hummus mix is amazing!! I make up a container, seasoned with chipotle, garlic, and hickory smoke, early in the week and it becomes my lunch in a wrap with cheese. I like the hummus a little thicker than the store-bought stuff.
