Ingredients:
1/2 cup of Instant Hummus Mix
3/4 cup hot water
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
Add all the ingredients to a bowl and whisk until combined. At this point, the spread will be runny.
Transfer the bowl to the fridge and cool for 15 minutes until the spread thickens. Enjoy!

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 425oF and set aside a large baking sheet.
Cut each pita bread into eight equal triangles and transfer to the sheet. Brush with one tablespoon of olive oil and season with salt and oregano.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and set aside.
Add the remaining one tablespoon of olive oil to a blender along with the sun-dried tomatoes. Blend until pureed and mix in the instant hummus. Whisk until combined. Serve with the pita chips and enjoy!

- 1 cup freeze dried potatoes

- 1/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp dried garlic (granulated)
- 2 cups no-sugar cereal, crumbled
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Salt, to taste
Instructions:
Add the potatoes and 2 cups of warm water to a microwave-safe bowl and soak for 15 minutes. Once hydrated, drain the water and transfer the bowl to the microwave. Cook for 8 minutes on high until cooked through. Mash the potatoes and set aside to cool.
Add the hummus, olive oil, and parsley and combine. Form the mixture into balls and add a few Feta cheese crumbs on top of each.
Preheat the oven to 450oF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
Add the eggs in one bowl. Then, mix the flour, garlic, and salt into another bowl. Also, add the cereal crumbs to the third bowl.
Roll the balls into the flour mixture, dip into the egg mixture, and coat with the cereal. Transfer to the baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes and serve.
