Mixing Instructions

1. Mix ½ cup of Instant Jalapeño Hummus Mix (firmly packed as if measuring brown sugar).

2. Add ⅔ cup of water, either HOT or COLD.

3. Add 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil (EVOO).

4. Whisk thoroughly to combine. To thicken and enhance flavor, refrigerate for 15 minutes.
