Herb & Vegetable Soup/Dip Mix
Created by our very own chef, our Herb and Vegetable Mix can double as a soup and a dip for those cold nights and party lovers. The Herb and Vegetable Mix is a blend of red and green bell peppers, spinach, dill, salt, garlic salt, parsley, chervil, and white onions. It’s easy to heat up on a cold evening, for dinner, or a quick and easy lunch to go with your sandwich. And, it’s easy and stress free to whip into a dip for those house parties, nights watching tv, or for any type of get-together.
Red & Green Bell Peppers, Spinach Flakes, Fine Cut Dill Weed, Kosher Salt, Garlic Powder, Parsley Flakes, Chervil Flakes, White Onion Powder.

For Soup: In a saucepan, heat 2 cups of stock (vegetable, chicken or beef) to a simmer. Add ½ cup of soup mix and stir. Simmer for 5 minutes and serve.
For Dip: In a medium mixing bowl, thoroughly combine 1 pint of sour cream, 2 tbsp of water (optional but recommended) and ½ cup of mix. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably an hour, before serving.
Best herb blend I have found. I make a sauce to put on my vegetable salad, that contains what vegetables I have on hand including kale. My husband will eat this it tastes so good
This soup mix can be added to soups with no zip, can be made into a bagel spread with cream cheese, is a great topping for baked potatoes a wonderful add to salad dressings, and a starter for homemade minestrone, add to ramen to add nutrition. Add a teaspoon to gravy, yum, I love it.
