Mother Earth Products Instant Classic Hummus Mix is a delicious blend of the finest ingredients you can actually pronounce. It’s a classic hummus with just the right amount of lemon for a bold, unforgettable taste: garbanzo flour, crushed roasted white sesame, lemon powder (maltodextrin, lemon juice, lemon oil), garlic powder, cumin, sea salt.

How about value? Absolutely! You can prepare up to 3x more hummus than most prepared hummus products.  

You probably already have everything you need make our hummus for your next event or simply as comfort food for you and your family. Just add hot water and your favorite extra virgin olive oil (EVOO).  *We do recommend you whip up the hummus and then put it in the fridge for 15 minutes to allow it to thicken before consuming enthusiastically. That’s it!

Mixing Instructions

1. Mix ½ cup of Instant Hummus Mix (firmly packed as if measuring brown sugar).
2. Add ⅔ cup of water, either HOT or COLD.
3. Add 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil (EVOO).
4. Whisk thoroughly to combine. To thicken and enhance flavor, refrigerate for 15 minutes.
5. Before serving, whisk thoroughly.

Serve with carrots, celery, pita and more! Or use as a spread on sandwiches or wraps.

Once prepared, keep refrigerated.
