So versatile. We use them n salads, baked potatoes, scrambled eggs, actually anythi8ng we want a bit of bacon flavor. They have a much longer shelf life and are so convenient .

MADE GREAT NORTHERN BEANS AND TVP HAM. TASTE WAS BETTER THAN THE ORIGINAL WAY OF MAKE THAT DISH.

I bought these to include in some homemade dried soup mixes I am both giving for Christmas gifts and for personal use. They are surprisingly good, and they don't give me indigestion as most imitation bacon bits do. I will definitely buy these again!

A Great Tool For Cooking!

Ham Bits are so easy to use, and add to nearly any recipe that calls for ham. I use them to add some umami to omelettes, and to make soups heartier in the winter. Also, they can be seasoned while re-hydrating, so I will sometimes add some spice to them at that point in the process, which makes my food even more interesting!
