These are absolutely delicious. I like them with plain non fat Greek yogurt. My granddaughter loves them too - she calls them Bluebees !

Good in Smoothies

I gave these to a friend, who ground them into powder and puts them into smoothies for the whole family. Good nutrition and we hope, not too many insecticides.
