    Likes: It is exactly what it claims to be. It tastes fantastic, the storage works as expected (no moisture issues).
    Improvements: The silica packets might not be necessary since the packaging - as it is now - works with the product very well.
    Great with grits!

    After having tried grits with sweet corn niblets at a restaurant, I thought I would come up with a version that's more shelf stable. Prepare just one packet of instant grits with a few tablespoons of the freeze dried corn - it is a welcome treat for any morning. Make it premium by adding some bacon bits, your favorite cheese cheese, and a dash of the freeze dried jalapenos. Substitute the bacon bits with turkey sausage for a bigger protein punch. Extend the product range by using on your favorite salad for lunch or dinner. There's no reason to not keep a couple of bags in your pantry.

    Convenient , super fast and easy!

    Love this! I keep some in a mason jar in the kitchen cupboard and at dinner time, simply add a handful to a bowl and pour boiling water over it. 1-2 mins later, drain and serve! Also love the green beans, broccoli and cauliflower. Super simple vegetable sides that taste just picked fresh and are ready in a minute or two.

    Super tender corn

    I love this corn. It is light enough that you can eat it dried right out of the bag. It also rehydrates so well it is like fresh corn.
