    betcha can't eat one!

    I know I can't! I just want to eat the whole bag all at once. But I don't. That way I get to enjoy the apples over and over again. I think that slogan came from Lay's potato chips - and I applied it to Mother Earth freeze dried apples - betcha can't eat one!

    Freeze-Dried Diced Apples

    Freeze-dried diced apples have been a daily part of my diet for quite some time now. What I have for breakfast everyday is a bowl of oats and honey granola topped with not only the freeze-dried diced apples but also fresh organic blueberries and nuts. I believe in that old saying, "A serving of freeze-dried diced apples a day, keeps the doctor away!" The last time I had an annual check-up, the doctor said everything looked good! I am almost 69 years old.

    This was supposed to be Organic. They sent me the one that’s not. My son has health issues and I bought these specifically because they were organic. It doesn’t say organic anywhere on the item like it did the the picture when I placed the order. They are also a little sour tasting. Not great.
