    Great idea

    This is great to have on hand when you want to add cabbage to something (stir fry, stew, etc) and don't have fresh on hand. I added some to chicken soup, and it was great. Love the convenience.

    Easy to use. Long shelf life. Much easier than shredding raw. The mylar bag has the longest shelf life

    The cabbage was so delicious, and reconstituted very well. It tasted like fresh cabbage, and was not at all mushy. It had great flavor and texture.
