Improvements: Bake them longer so they are chunchy rather than chewy.
Tasty but chewy

Flavor is good but a bit chewy. Maybe they should be baked a little longer.
I would also prefer organic which these are not.

I've consumed a LOT of bacon in my lifetime, and this is the FIRST vegan bacon where it was not easy to find too many differences between TVP and pure hog bacon. Where I have the difficulty is salt content. I have been TRYING to come up with ways where I can have this since it's so incredibly digestable! I'm very sensitive to salt, seafood and beans. While I dislike my restrictive diet, it's sad when I find a product such as this that I will probably be told I have to cut out of my life. I'm impressed it's good enough for a carnivore!

OMG So Tasty

I've bought just about every brand in the store and finally found one I really thought tasted like fresh bacon - until I tried these !! Once I opened the container it smelled like fresh bacon and I use in many dishes -- egg omlets, a topper on salad, mix with veggies, add to jalapeno poppers in the cream cheese, and so many others. They don't take up much room so that is great and hold their flavor for a long long time. Highly recommended.
