  5. Take a scoop of cream and add it to the mango mixture. Fold in until combined. Pour the mango mixture into the remaining cream. Fold in slowly until it becomes lump free.
  6. Pour into a glass container. Cover with parchment paper and cover with the lid or cling wrap. Freeze for at least 12 hours. Then, remove parchment paper and let it stand for 5 minutes to soften slightly.
  7. Scoop and serve!
