A brief overview of National Hamburger Day

The actual origin of the invention of the hamburger is not very clear since many people have claimed it. One theory claims that it originated in Germany, and it was named after Hamburg, the second-largest city in Germany. Another theory by the Library of Congress claims that in 1890 Louis Lassen, a famous businessman, placed a piece of grilled meat between two pieces of toast since he was in a rush and wanted a quick meal. The controversy is because the Chinese have been doing the same since 1045.1

Despite its origin, we must agree that the worldwide sensation is the best invention of time. For sure, National Hamburger Day will be celebrated for a long time,  and what a better way to mark the day on May 28th than to make these five irresistible hamburger recipes in the comfort of your home.
